At orientation, you will meet other new students, current international students, and UMBC staff from around campus who will present information and be available to answer your questions as our begin your time at UMBC.
Remember: You are also required to attend all other orientation sessions that have been assigned to you. Be sure to check your email so that you do not miss any important information!

Fall 2026 orientation will consist of online orientation modules and an in-person welcome event. Student are expected to both complete the modules and attend the in-person event.
